When will Xcode 12 show up in the More downloads section?

I never rely upon the Mac app store and always want to grab the actual .xip files from the More downloads section.

The entire family of Xcode 11.x showed up there (11.0 through 11.7), but so far Xcode 12 (release) isn't there.

Xcode 12.2 beta just showed up in the More downloads section. But 12.0 is still missing.

I see the only 12 GM Seed there now, dated yesterdayhttps://download.developer.apple.com/Developer_Tools/Xcode_12_GM_seed/Xcode_12_GM_seed.xip

I doubt anyone that knows when any other version will drop there can discuss in public, so...

That's the seed, KMT and not the final release. Note that there are a total of 4 downloads for the GM seed (Xcode itself, command-line tools, etc.). For the final release version there are only two of the four elements there.
