Thank you,

App Review isn't here, there are no pre-reviews, no one here can promise what App Review will/won't allow/reject.Will Apple allow me to do this or will my app get rejected?
So 2 years later, do we have any answers on what happened?
I was thinking of doing something similar in my app as part of a promotional thing, users would be able to play a "game" that would have similar odds to winning the lottery for a big payday. However, no one pays anything for the app or to participate in the game.
Let’s continue this question a little further. I have a client that would like me to build a ticket app to replace using the paper raffle ticket For his events. At the end of the event he does a drawing for giveaway. This is not done in app and not monetary but could be a gift basket. Is this allowed if the number wining person is randomly selected by a script in the back end and the users is notified by email? Can the winner be notified in app?
