iOS 13.7 iPhone 7 not recognised by Xcode 11.7

I can no longer run Xcode apps on my iPhone 7 - even with the latest updates. Any suggestions?
Step 1. Go to Window->Devices and Simulators(⌘⇧2)
Step 2. Select the Devices tab
Step 3. Control-Click on your iPhone 7 and click "Unpair Device"
Step 4. Unplug your phone
Step 5. Plug it in again
Step 6. If a dialog pops up, click Trust
Step 7. Run your code again! It should work properly now!
Thanks, I’ve tried this many times. However dialogue keeps saying to upgrade to xcode compatible with 13.6.1, even though 11.7 is installed
I have the same problem with Xcode 12 beta 6 and an iPhone X running iOS 13.7. (It was working previously when I had 13.5 installed.)
Any internal employee who acts as a somewhat-advocate for developers please pass this feedback: Please make sure developers are able to build, submit, develop against software being released to the public before i get an OTA delivery to my own device.

That should include confirmation on latest toolchain software, including the Beta release train as well. It is a reasonable request to not have to perform this traditional rain dance. Before I get lectured about 11E801a, i'll leave you with some inspirational quotes.
