Keep in mind that no app in the store is any promise that any other will be accepted/approved.

It's hard to suggest what may help you to get into the store without knowing more about your app, how many appeals you've made and what the dialog between you and review was each time..


But one thing you might do is to study those apps closely, their descriptions, their functionality, their methods of both protecting, and avoiding use of, copyrighted content when restricted, etc.

Remember, the dev is expected to show proof-of-rights to use for any content their apps manages, manipulates, consumes, stores or otherwise makes available to such audiences as may apply.

Have you reviewed all the material (images, video, audio, text, files…) you use in your app ?
That's probably the only way to get approved: thorough review and proof that you have the right for each of them.
