I understanding there are provider promo code from apple connect, but I can't find free for lifetime. I am wondering, can I create my own promo code if I want give my app to my family or best friend so they can access my app for free for lifetime? Example, I can make new promo code on the firebase and once my friend active promo code, it will unreuseable. Or it against apple rule? How can I give my app to my friend for free lifetime?

The promo/redeem codes that Apple allows devs to generate and distribute mean that any person that uses one of them owns the app, same as if they purchased it - they own it for it's lifetime.
