Boot Camp on 2020 iMac - works, but drivers won't install.

Any ideas?

I have Windows on an SSD, and after changing boot security I can boot to it. I downloaded the drivers in MacOS, and dropped them on the windows desktop. When I run the driver installers in windows, it starts up but just hangs. Is there another way to install the drivers? Bootcamp works, but no bluetooth, audio etc and just the basic windows video drivers.

I used the Catalina Boot Camp Assistant on my 2020 iMac to set up Boot Camp, install Window 10 Pro, and all the necessary drivers. The Boot Camp Assistant automatically determined what were the correct drivers, and then installed them. Worked the very first time. No problems at all.

Your issues might be because you attempted to get the correct drivers manually and "dropped them on the Windows desktop".
