Did you read the guidelines ? I bold the relevant part:

Also avoid piling on to a category that is already saturated; the App Store has enough fart, burp, flashlight, fortune telling, dating, and Kama Sutra apps, etc. already. We will reject these apps unless they provide a unique, high-quality experience. Spamming the store may lead to your removal from the Developer Program.
So, you just have to rebuild a new app, with unique experience or find another more original app idea.
Take care of the last warning ; trying to push your app too strong could expose you to cancellation of your developer account.

did you get re-approved? seems ridiculous that they're removing apps. where is the free market? or maybe they are biased and have their preferred child (Tinder etc)
I have now the same problem with my App and got the message "Your app primarily features dating features". It's funny, because I'm not a Dating-App, it's an App to find friends in real life plus multiple new features which are not exist in AppStore, so I'm not understanding why my App will be declared as SPAM. Any ideas, experience on this problematic or when they will give me a answer?
PS: I have as example a swipe functionality included similar to other apps, but come on there 1000+ other apps who have this, too
Have the same problem. Really annoying and feels like there is no freedom.
same problem here , i feel that we are dictature , the market is big enough for everybody i don't understand this kind of decision.
