Lastest SF Symbols not working in Xcode

For example, 'binoculars' is found in the 'what's new' in the SF Symbol beta version.
But it doesn't seem to work in XCode.
Image(systemName: "binoculars") doesn't generate the image

Other examples include 'die.face.1'

Make sure that the symbol availability matches the OS you're targeting.
If a symbol is supported in the version of the OS you're targeting but it's not showing up, please file a bug report.
