allowDeprecatedWebKitTLS restriction work on iOS 14?

It doesn't work now on iOS 14 beta4. Is it supposed to work?

I actually found "Allow accessing web sites using TLS 1.0 and 1.1" setting in AC 2.13 beta 3.
Will it be removed in AC 2.13 GM?
