Error message: Thread 1: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x1c) on iOS 14 Beta3 , Xcode12 Beta 3

I got "Thread 1: EXCBADACCESS (code=1, address=0x1c)" when I fast scroll my list (My list have a lot of image from url). and The error description don't show on log. But it's good on iOS 13.5.

I tested leak on instruments tool. The results have shown with a lot of leak. But it doesn't has leak on iOS 13.5

I have the same issue, immense memory leak that didn't happen before. (only on iOS 14)
