could someone explain how the review works for private apps?
We have an app which approved and published only to our company for internal use. We fixed some grammatical errors in the app and sent an update. The update was refused multiple times. Every time we need to provide more information, those information which we have provided multiple times already. Seems reviewers ignores the note and/or replies so just simply refuses the update and ask the very same thing over and over.
Questions like "Who is the targeted audience"... This app is published to our company and can be used only within our company on our managed company phones by our employees. Who the hell would be the targeted audience?! Sometimes two different questions asked in two different refusals. Why can't those questions asked all together so we don't waste days to answering one by one.
It is really frustrating especial when we loose days and weeks by explaining the same thing over and over again while seems no one actually reads those replies and we are completely ignored.
We are a big company and spend lots of money for company phones from Apple and really this is the service we get?
