tvOS App 1.0 Prepare for Submission

Is this about the accidental addition to the store, surrounding the TVPS Privacy declaration? If so, just write 'TBD' for all versions/languages, then later, when your iOS app has seen at least one version in the store, go back to ASC and delete the zombie TVOS app(s).
