App review says 'Login button not responsive'

We are continually being denied by Apple's App review for having an unresponsive login button.

We've tested on a number of production devices and absolutely cannot replicate nor have any of our dozens of beta testers reported the issue.

Has anyone else had this problem and have a solution? I found a few other threads with no answers and we have a contact who said it may be an issue with Apple's review bot.
