Cannot install Swift Playgrounds

I tried to install Swift Playgrounds from the Mac App Store. However, it says I can't install it because it requires 10.15.3. I'm enrolled in the Public Beta program, and System Preferences says there are no updates available. If I unenroll from the Public Beta program, there are still no updates available. Is there no way for me to install this app?
