How to move from Enterprise Developer to Custom Apps

Definitely interested in moving to Custom Apps, but it looks like we would need to create a new Developer Business account to get started. Would it be possible to convert our existing Enterprise Developer account or do we have to start over from scratch?

You need a standard dev account that can target the App Store to publish a custom app. Enterprise accounts only target enterprise signed apps.
