Deploy B2B apps via VPP when your users have accounts in different App Store countries

I have a B2B app that I want to distribute to my users in multiple countries. My Apple Business Manager account is registered in Germany, but my users are located in different countries and therefore have only App Store accounts for their respective countries.
Is there a way to distribute the app to my users without the need to register additional ABM accounts for the various countries?

Absolutely. When submitting the app in App Store Connect, you must ensure that you select global distribution, or at least all countries you want to distribute the app to.

Thanks for your answer. But you seem to have misunderstood my question. I am NOT the developer of the app. I want to purchase the app and distribute it to my users that have accounts in the various regional Apple App Stores. Right now it seems the app distribution only works for users who have an Apple App Store account in the same region as the ABM account.

I have a problem with regions.
Must the regions be set before you submit the app?

I have updated the regions but the app is not available in the new region.

Hello everyone,

We are facing to the same problem. We have developed an application for a B2B that is from another country that the country we registered the ABM. The app is available in 3 different countries but is only in Spain where we can use it due to ABM restrictions.

I think it's not working fine or the documentation is not complete.

The only solution we find actually is to create different ABM accounts for every client out of Spain.

The solution is that the developer of the app must make their app available in all countries where you will want to distribute this app after purchasing it in Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager.
