Where can I find information and documentation on the latest developments of the spatial audio and working with the head tracking of the Airpods Pro. For either an app or watching a movie or music video in surround sound,

Also, any information related to new spatial audio features and 3D audio in general would be great.

Hi, what you're looking for is the CMSHeadphoneMotionManager API in CoreMotion.
You can find the Apple documentation here.
