I'm running into an issue where app update submissions are being rejected during review for a violation for app preview videos. The weird thing is that the app submission doesn't contain an app preview video. I removed the video from the app update submission. Yet it continues to be rejected on the basis that the app preview videos (which there are none) violate the app guidelines.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I've submitted appeals and they all say the app preview video (again, there is none) violates the guideline 2.3.4. Until this is resolved, we're unable to submit any updates.
