Developer Program Enrollment Issues

Facing issues while enrolling with developer program.
It says order completed but still shows enrollment is pending also money not deducted. Tried with 2 credit cards (Visa, Master Card) and its indian card.

Could someone help on this.
Facing the same issue for 3 weeks now, even continuous email to Contact support is not helpful

Is there a way, we can get our tickets escalated?
