Today we can download Sketch libraries, Adobe XD, but not yet Figma plugin or Library.

Currently Apple Official UI Kits are not available, please file a feedback on http://feedbackassistant.apple.com requesting it.

You can import Sketch files into Figma
I think that Apple should be follow most design applications used. Sketch, XD and Photoshop it's so 2018... It's not trend it's real.
Submitted Feedback, you can do it under the category Developer Tools > problem area Apple Design Resources
