i am trying to submit my app for review but i get this error.

Also, your app or its metadata does not appear to include final content. Specifically, tapping the selection buttons, resolves to blank screens. Please see the attached screenshot for details..
During App Review when the reviewer tapped some of your buttons (buttons that they are calling "selection buttons") instead of getting what they expected they got a blank screen for each of those "selection buttons". That seemed to the reviewer like a bug in your app and they classified that bug as "does not appear to include final content" rather than "your app has a giant bug in it that will leave a user wondering what's wrong with my iPhone".
What type of app...iphone, watch tv...?
Did you test it on a device before submitting to review?
I tested the app on a IOS simulator befor submmiting for review and everything work fine.
i just don't understand why they refer to this as bug in the app.
Here is the refrence picture they sent.
and looking at this picture i can tell that the app is working the way it should.
i have revieved the source code agian and agian an no error is found.
Well, a simulator is ok for testing the basic logic/flow of your app, but it shouldn't be trusted too much.
I suggest you find a way to final test on a device instead, after all, your users won't be on the simulator 😉

If that is the case then you need to appeal the rejection and explain why that is the proper behavior of the app and not a bug.
