i know thisisa strange / stupid question but is there a version of the iOS SDK for windows? if not is there anyone out there with a workaround so i can dev iOS on a windows 10 64bit laptop?

There is no Apple provided platform for creating iOS apps on a Windows PC.
There are 3rd party development tools that do provide this option but, you
will still need access to a Mac to deploy your apps to the app store.
I was in the Windows system development iOS iOS is also in the Windows system directly upload iOS APP to App Store, as long as the use of this tool Appuploader, you can search for use, can be used free of charge.
