How can I refresh my teams list in Xcode account preferences?

I have an Apple Developer account connected to multiple teams. A new team is added correctly, I can switch to it on the developer website.

How can I refresh the teams list in Xcode account preferences so I can manage the profiles etcetera from Xcode?

Remove your Apple ID from Xcode's Accounts section and sign in again. Great UI!

I've tried this, but my new team still doesn't appear. I've even reinstalled Xcode. Any suggestions?
