When I open the "organizer" in xcode 6.3.1 I get the following error message and am unable to submit or verify my apps:

"Unable to log in

Unable to log in with accounts

account1@test.com, account2@test.com, account3@test.com

Open the account preferences to check your usernames and passwords"

All these accounts were working a week ago and I didn't change anything. Also I double checked some of the accounts usernames and passwords and they are still valid (I event tested a couple of them by logging into iTunes Connect with the credentials). I am currently unable to submit or verify my apps, any ideas?

Just that it might very well be a backend issue, but on the chance it is particular to you, and either way, try calling 'em up...maybe they can kick the can on their side:

When was the last time passwords were updated?

Is 6.3.1 the latest version Xcode you can use?

I waited a couple of days hoping that it might just be a service that was down on Apple's end. Do you have any more suggestions of things I could try?
