Technical Support

Hi all,

In my member center in technical support it's written that I have 2 included with membership , what this 2 means ? is it mean that I have two support requests only ?

The developer program comes with 2 Technical Support Incidents (TSI) .

You can purchase additional ones if you need to.

You use a TSI to submit a bare-minimum sample of any code level problems you are having and would like Apple to assist you with.
