is com.apple.managed.vpn.sharedt entitelment required for NEAppProxyProvider? n how to enable this?

Access to the 

com.apple.managed.vpn.shared
keychain access group is only necessary if:

  • Your VPN provider is configured via a configuration profile.

  • That configuration uses credentials stored in the keychain.
