Are any of you on Safari Version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8) under Catalina 10.15.4, and not getting file dialogs when you want to drag and drop files or open a file dialog from a webpage?
This is a beta version, but I don't have any docs on it or know what features it's supposed to have. Furthermore, I can't find a nice way to roll it back. C****e and F****x work.

Do you mean with File menu 'Open' ? It works as well.
So, I don't understand your question.
If this a problem with Safari, you should either:
- contact Apple support
- file a bug report
But that's not a developer issue, as far as I understand your post.
