We just created an iPhone version of our iPad app and we made it Universal. Unfortunately customers are seeing that they have to re-purchase on their account, meaning instead of showing the Download icon, it shows a purchase icon.
How can we fix this so that users who purchased, only see a download icon. When they click to purchase it shows. that it's universal and it's free, but it's very confusing to customers.
How do I get the download icon?
