How much power can be acceptably drawn from the Lightning Port of an iPhone? I can't seem to find any documentation specific to the Lightning, or USB-C

How much power can be acceptably drawn from the Lightning Port of an iPhone?

The hardware spec for the Lightning port is only available to MFi developers.
