mapkit JS Search doesn't return Western Sahara cities

Hello,

I'm trying to integrate Mapkit JS into my application, when I try to search for a city in the western Sahara nothing is returned. Does anyone has an idea about this? Is it a known issue?

Two questions:


1. Does the same search fail in the Maps application on iOS? Could be an underlying Search or data issue.

2. Could you file a ticket on this in Feedback Assistant feedbackassistant.apple.com? Then the issue can be routed to the right group. Please include steps to reproduce and any other info that you think might be helpful.
