App rejected for Metadata: Now reviewer claims video is not from a device

I have been updating my apps for years and had small issues like this metadata case in the past, provided what requested

and everything was fine.

Now I seem to have hit the wall and don't know what to do , the binary is fine, reviewer asked for an updated video

which we did and then rejected it again claiming the video is from a simulator when it can be clearly be seen it is not

this was a small logic touch up but not sure how to get around. We sent an email to Apple but of course other than their

automated email abut receiving it nothing has happened.

What do you guys do in such a situation, there is not even a box to reply to the reviewer anymore. How can we get the

reviewer to see what seems like he/she does not want to see?

When asking about things like this here, it can helps to detail the timeline, and current app status. Not asking for TL;DR stuf, just the high points, then you can fill in more blanks as needed/requested.
