after user migrates to new phone, cam permissions not valid?

hi all,

it seems that after a user migrates his phone contents to a new device, our

app does not have cam permissions, but it also does not re-ask for those permissions.

has anyone seen something like this, know a workaround?

reinstalling app works, but is not an ideal solution.

Prompt the user with a UIAlert and inform them, that they can do it in settings by themself. Just add a link to the specific settings page.
