Xcode 11.3 SFSymbol's baseline seems incorrect

I'm trying custmizing SFSymbol with Xcode 11.3, but the baseline looks strange. Is there any thing I can do?

yes, I have read that guide. I just move a symbol below baseline then import to Xcode, but in xcode it's above the capline.
