i am trying to enroll in the Apple Program Enrollement , however my account is still pending.

i called Apple Support so many times and every time they say 'try again' , 'try to contact the bank' , 'make sure the information is correct'.

and the last one told me that 'we only accept "Credit Card" type'.

so i entered the Credit Card Information and still NO LUCK!, i called Apple Support and they keep telling me to try again,etc...

it's been a month for me now trying again and again and calling Apple Support almost everyday.

is there an issue with the apple System?,because i saw many users complaining about this issue

I run into the same problem. And Apple just keeps silent and sells Iphone 😟

I have the same problem. They say they cannot withdraw money. But this is a lie. After all, when I add a card, a check for removing 1 dollar is successful. My bank does not see transactions from Apple
