We have an app that's been approved and is in the "Pending Developer Release" state. Marketing wants a URL for the app, but the "View in App Store" link is no longer in App Store Connect. How can we get the app store URL before releasing the app to the public?
Step 1, grab ITLM https://linkmaker.itunes.apple.com/en-us
Step 2, create a link for any existing app, keeping in mind not all strings are formatted the same, depending on country, as an example, or perhaps containing the app-name, etc.
Step 3, find your app's app/Apple ID string via App Store Connect - example:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/the-christmas-list/id340779800
Step 4, substitute your app ID for the one in the link from step 2
Step 5, go for launch
Your app store URL is
https://apps.apple.com/app/id1385361527
Where you replace 1385361527 with the App Id that you can find in App Store Connect "App Information" under "apple ID"
