No simulators with Xcode 11.2.1

I downloaded XCode 11.2.1 from the App store today and I have no simulators. Can I get all the 13.2.2 simulators or do I have to add them one by one? All the simulators had been deleted in the past and I'm assuming that XCode doesn't just install a new set on installation?

Just reboot the Mac. Simulators should show.
