After the new release that had a crash fix, we found our app rating increased overnight. We have a screenshots that reflect the same:

And in another week, we found that the ratings decreased again:

We did not reset the ratings while submitting the new build. Unable to understand the sudden increase and decrease in the app ratings. Can someone explain?
