I'm looking for an official document(ation) regarding the notarization requirements related to the Apple Developer membership.
From what I've been reading and testing (*), it does not seem possible to notarize an application if:
- you have a valid (but _not renewed_) Apple Developer account
- valid (and _not expired_) Developer ID Application|Installer certificates
Is there an official document(ation) regarding this case?
* altool fails and the verbose mode states that "you must first sign in to iTunes Connect and sign the relevant contracts. (1048)". Which can't be signed because they are not displayed when the membership is not "active".
