Apple Watch not connecting to iPhone with iOS 13 beta 6

So I just updated my iphone to iOS 13 beta 6 and I come back to my watch (watchOS 6 beta 4, I haven’t been so good on updating my watch lately) so I come back to my watch and I learned that it won’t connect to my phone, and so I unpair it in hope that I can just pair it right back, but then it just won’t connect at all. Upon a little research It sounds like if watchOS 6 is too out of date then it won’t connect to the phone anymore. If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know!! Thanks!

UPDATE- If there is anyway to update an iPhone to iOS 13 with a beta lower than 6, anyone PLEASE email me michaeljtrottermjt@icloud.com or just comment the link below; I have an extra iPhone on hand and will update it to iOS 13 with a beta lower than 6. I can just pair my watch to it, update it to beta 6 and then repair it to my acual phone. Thank you!!
