yes it is. It's easier if you install the profiles on the devices from the safari browser

Thanks. I just realized I could open the profile with Configurator and the notes inside there say it's for both iOS and iPadOS devices. And I guess I was concentrating too hard on the "iPadOS" part of the name which I wasn't expecting to see while trying to download the "iOS" version.
