What languages are supported by on-device speech recognition in iOS 13?

At WWDC 2019, Apple announced the implementation of on-device speech recognition. In the session at the link below, they confirmed support for Russian, Chinese and Turkish. I assume English, Spanish, French are supported as well.

Speech recognition supports the same locales that are supported by the keyboard's dictation feature. For a list of these locales, see QuickType Keyboard: https://www.apple.com/ios/feature-availability/#quicktype-keyboard-dictation

  • Supported by keyboard's dictation feature is using Server features. On Device recognition is limited 10+ languages as shown in the session slide.
