Per the title, cannot get Feedback Assistant to work on iOS 13 beta 2. App is stating 'Feedback for this beta is closed'. Very frustrating when we have bugs to file and no way to do it.

Even if you never filed a bug, Apple still harvests your actions in the background, sowhile you wait for the ability to speak directly, just keep pounding on it - Apple is always watching
When I have problems with the Feedback Assistant app on the betas, I switch over to the web version. Although I've usually uploaded my system reports by that time, and it won't submit so I just use the web interface for the final submission.
