Automatic Assessment Configuration on MacOS

Will the new Mac OS work with Automatic Assessment Configuration (AAC), given that iPad apps will now work on Macs (and iPads have AAC)? In other words, would Single App Mode be enabled on Macs to lock the whole screen onto one application?
