Classkit: How do we charge schools?

how does the subscription model work within the classkit framework? I'd like to charge schools an annual fee for a certain number of apps.

AFAIK, you can only do that if you offer an external subscription service (eg like Netflix) because schools can't buy subscriptions and IAP in the VPP.
