I can't add test card in my wallet sandbox for Apple Pay

env: iPhone 8 iOS 11.2.1

I followed https://developer.apple.com/apple-pay/sandbox-testing/

At the final step I can't add visa card to my Wallet sandbox,

I changed my region to US, after I tap 'Enter Card Details Manually', the input page need "Name" and Card Number,

What is this 'Name'?

I tryed my apple id and my apple name but it doesnt work and told me 'Could Not Add Card'.

any advise to me ?

To use sandbox apple pay test account you need to create specific test user.

This was a trick, as account owner shared with us accounts that he said were test accounts. Appeared to be, they were real accounts and test cards are not binding to it. But you can bind there real card (you can check that to see if it's real or test account).

Under that sub-admin account you can create true-test user, somewhere around here: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/testers

When you create that test dummy user, login to your device with it, assign proper region (in a list on the top here): https://developer.apple.com/apple-pay/sandbox-testing/

After login with dummy tester account, go to "wallet and apple pay" on your device, add test card there.

After that to test it is functional, go to https://applepaydemo.apple.com/

and push that button, see "done" in final.

That's it

None of the cards are working when I try to add them. I get payment declined, can't be used with iTunes, and contact Apple Support error messages. I've gone through the whole Visa and MC list, and half the Discover list.

Most of the time we forget to sign out the iCloud from Serttings. Make sure to sign out of iCloud and sign into your test device with your sandbox tester account.

signed out of icloud, logged in with account added to sandbox (had to verify email in the settings too), and still getting "Invalid Card" error while trying to add any test cards. This is all on the blank iphone dedicated only to apple pay.

Anyone else (or Apple?) ever got this to work following instructions on https://developer.apple.com/apple-pay/sandbox-testing/?

I don't if this helps anyone but I was also gettign errors when trying to add Test Cards to Sandbox account. I restarted my phone after changing accounts and that seemed to allow card addition from there on in.

Hi I had the same issue but I was able to add a Visa and a Mastercard test card after restarting my test iphone 6s. Steps to do

create a sandbox use in apple connect
- use a fresh email address that never was used on itunes
activate apple Id from email
configure the new device using the test account apple id
add a shipping address to the new apple id
restart the device
go to settings - wallet & Apple Pay
add any of the listed test card details

Set up a new user on your mac
log in to icloud with apple sandbox account
go to settings > wallet & apple pay
set an email (apple sandbox account email)
set an address: 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA
set a phone number: +1 408-606-5775
Try adding cards from https://developer.apple.com/apple-pay/sandbox-testing/ until some work for you, the 4th amex and 2nd visa worked for me.
