Enterprise Account Enrolment Process pending from more than 3 Months

This is in regards to efforts spent to get B2B account approved by Apple which came as surprise to us in a running PCP App.


October 3rd, 2018- We received the following communication from Apple: It would be more appropriate to distribute and sell your app as a custom B2B app, directly to your business customers, through the Volume Purchase Program. You can find additional information regarding the Volume Purchase Program and the Custom B2B App Store in iTunes Connect Developer Help."


Oct 15th, 2018 – We applied to upgrade to custom B2B account for our app

Nov 17th, 2018 – After one month, our custom B2B account was verified.

Nov 19th, 2018- We applied for iOS enterprise developer account, since then it was showing "Your enrolment is being processed"

Dec 10th, 2018- We posted a query from the panel for the status of the App, a ticket no. was generated and no action was taken

Jan 14th, 2019- Without any verification call or notification from Apple Store, the application has been removed from enrolment.


Now we need to refill the form and again wait from the lengthy verification process.

We again tried to contact Apple Support and again a ticket no. has been generated.


  1. Approx. how much time will it take to complete the process?
  2. Did anyone managed to get their application processed and complete registered?


We are finding it really abrupt & out of the way to resolve as Apple doesn’t respond nor have any helpline to talk.
