Trying to upload app to iTunes. Getting ERROR ITMS-90723: "Version '3.11.1', Locale 'en-US': privacy_URL cannot be edited in the current state" at software/softwaremetadata/softwareversion/softwareversionlanguagedetail.
Did some googling and found out that Apple Privacy Policy went into effect today. I do have a privacy URL for my app. Not sure why it's not working. How are you guys dealing with this?
Got also the issue while uploading an in-app-purchase to itunes connect via ITMSTransporter.
Even if i do not update this specific metadata attribute within the process.
Also have a privacy URL correctly set for the app on ItunesConnect.
Any feedback to share on the issue?

We are seeing the same problem when trying to upload IAP content. Did anyone find a fix for this or contact Apple developer support?
I got around this by removing the locales section completely in the xml. It doesn't attempt to change anything so no errors anymore.
