In WWDC 2018 video 220, minute 28:00, the presenter says "we're going to be introducing a new Instrument for layout".
That was back in the beginning of June. It's now the middle of August. We're on Xcode 10 beta 6. I don't see this instrument. Where is it?
Bump. We are now into the Xcode 10 GM seed and I still can't find the new Layout instrument that will help with debugging constraints. Where is it? Is it incorporated into some other instrument?

The full quote from 220's transcript:
"This is not actually available in the beta but stay tuned because we're going to be introducing an instrument for layout."
Also note the succinctly non-committal color-me-tease 'stay tuned....going to be'. Could be Xcode 15 before iOS gets this, instead of just macOS.
And before you bring up the GM again, we have one more release to get to the public Release, so.... I'd want to see it's release notes, then file bugs asking about it if still no joy.
