I own a Stock broking company in India, we have been in business for the past 3-4 years now and been providing our clients with IBT (Internet based Trading) & Android mobile application. I have been trying to register for an Apple Developer account for my company's trading application for over an year now and been getting the same response every time which is "After thorough review, we are not able to proceed with "Company's Name" enrollment into the Apple Developer Program. You can still participate in our program as an individual to develop and distribute apps to the App Store." When asked for reason of rejection there is no revert. Can anyone please help me with this, it will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I'm just wondering how long it takes (days or weeks) for Apple to approve your developer program enrollment! I applied over 2 months ago (April 13, 2024) and the page keeps saying "your enrollment is being processed". Not sure if this is normal

Seems a common issue that after paying for the developer program, Apple makes no contact for an unnecessarily long period of time. It's been a day and I'm already concerned with the lack of support despite my emails. I've got deadlines I need to adhere to. If anyone, or any support account could reassure that this will be completed in a timely manner, I would greatly appreciate it. Noticed this was an issue last year, given the minimal attention it seems to have received, this cannot be the standard. Thanks in advance

Hey everyone, For the past two weeks I've been unsuccessfully trying to sign up for Apple Developer program. I have entered the basic information, and have been asked to pay the $99 membership fee. After filling my payment information, which is correct and identical to the basic information I added, I've received an "Order Acknowledged" email, saying that Apple will process my order within two business days. For almost two weeks, nothing is happening. Apple did not attempt to charge my card, as confirmed by my bank. I have tried different cards from different banks, all in my name with correct information, to no avail. After doing a bit of Googling, I've seen that some people have enrolled through Apple Developer iOS app. Unfortunately, the app tells me that enrollment for my Apple ID is not available through the app. I have created the support ticket, but Support is not responding to me for over a week. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to provide any additional information or proof to help resolve this issue.

I see the following notification in my apple developer account dashboard: Your Apple Developer Program membership wasn’t renewed successfully. You can still renew your membership within the next 27 days and your apps will remain available on the App Store during this time. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts when I open the developer app, sign in, there is nowhere to renew it. I have an app on the appstore with quite a few users wich is depending on my app and I worry they will not get access to it if am not able to renew my membership I appreciate any help I can get

Hi Apple Developer Program Support, I’m experiencing a problem with one of our Apple Developer account renewals, which has caused us to lose access to my Apple Developer Program account. The payment for the account renewal was made last Tuesday (Jun 11, 2024), and I received a confirmation email stating that the membership was renewed completely the same day. However, yesterday (Jun 19, 2024) I received an email saying that Apple cannot complete the account renewal. Since then, I lost access to my Apple Developer account. I have submitted a support case to developers.apple.com, but I haven’t received any reply yet. Does anyone experience the same problem? What is the best way to contact Apple regarding this? (I can still access App Store Connect and see my apps on the App Store, but I’m afraid the apps will be removed soon.) Thank you,

I have been round in circles trying to get the D-U-N-S number which was issued by Dun and Bradstreet to be recognised as an entity for the apple developer program registration. The company I have is a constituted association - not registered on companies house because its not incorporated. Dun and Bradford have issued the DUNS number its picked up in the checker tool on Apple and the details are correct. It just says it doesn't recognise the Legal entity. Dun and Bradford are aware and sent me back to Apple which starts the cycle again. This time they said to reach out and ask for alternative manual methods that might be available. I'm based in the UK. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello, We can't renew the annual membership because The Apple ID of our account holder has been disabled (he can't log in anymore). We have contacted the support to reactivate the apple id but they refused. So we can't even transfer the ownership to another admin account. Is there another way to renew the membership and agree to the program license agreement to continue publishing and maintaining our apps? Thank you in advance.

A while ago I created an Apple Developer account and paid for a couple of years. I never published an app though. When my card expired the account didn’t renew. Now I’m ready to reactive my account but I’m getting an error. When I go to https://developer.apple.com/account I get a message at the top saying ‘Join the Apple Developer Program’ and a ‘Enroll today’ button. When I click it I get sent to an error page with the following message: ‘Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.’ and ‘Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.’ In the Developer app on my Mac I don’t get an option to enroll. I tried creating another Apple ID to check and I got the option to enroll in the app if I log in with that. With the other Apple ID I got an error because it seems like you can only have 1 developer account per identity and I have already verified my identity on my main Apple ID. If I go to App Store Connect I get a message about the Developer Program Membership being expired and a link back to https://developer.apple.com/account From Googling the error message ‘Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.’ it seems like some people had an issue if they were once part of a team. But I was never part of an organisation. I verified that it’s the same email I used the last time I was in the program. I did some digging and it seems like I once had some kind of iTunes Connect account that was separate from my main Apple ID but used the same email. I don’t know whether that could influence it. I tried emailing support but I have received no reply after a couple of weeks. Anyone knows a way around this error or if there is a way to reset the developer account?

Until updating to visionOS 1.2 I had the option under Software Update to select the beta track. I updated to 1.2 today (6/10) in anticipation of updating to visionOS 2.0, but after updating the beta track has disappeared from the Software Update pane. Things I have tried: Logging into developer portal on Apple Vision Pro Toggling "Developer Mode" off and on in "Privacy & Security" pane Pairing Apple Vision Pro with Xcode (both 15.4 and 16 beta) Logging out of and back into iCloud on Apple Vision Pro Rebooting multiple times I have an up-to-date developer account, and have accepted the latest T&Cs. I'm tempted to just let it sit for a few days and see if this is a propagation issue, but it bothers me that I can't resolve this. Anyone have any thoughts?

Today Apple charged me 141 SEK (≈$14 USD) out of nowhere. It was charged from my Apple ID that is on the Developer Program, and that Apple ID has no other subscriptions/other things that draws money: the only cost on this Apple ID is for the Developer Program. In January I paid 995 SEK, the yearly fee for the Developer Program here in Sweden. Now they charged me out of nowhere, and I can't understand why? I don't have any apps outside of the App Store.

I have received an invitation to join a development team, when i press on "Accept invitation" i am redirected to this page: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login?subType=COMPANY&activationKey=xxxx&providerName=***&username=xxxx The page ask for my Apple ID credential, but when i prompt it it show a spinning loader and the it ask for my credential again infinitely, without any error or message. Hello, I would like to cancel Enrollment Membership for the Apple Developer program Enrollment ID 3********9K i didnt pay the fee yet because i want to change it from solo to organization However, I couldn't find how to do this on the developer's website. Hello, I applied for the 'Apple Developer Program' and completed the payment process. There are sufficient funds in the account I specified for the payment. After completing the transaction, it was stated that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. Although I completed this transaction on May 3rd, I have not yet received any results. Could you please assist me with this matter? Additionally, I registered from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is not listed among the countries supported by Apple. Is this related to the issue? Thank you.
