Hello there:
On November 2023, I submitted enrollment ID 3BR28NV28U. I am responsible on behalf of my employer, Strathcona Resources, to submit this Apple Developer enrollment to advance in a custom app that we must implement to our iPads in our field sites. As you can probably tell, I have not received any advancement with this request, and seven months have passed, without any update or any notification regarding this enrollment.
I would appreciate it if you can please channel this request to the appropriate party, in order to provide a status update, escalation, and completion as appropriate.
Seven months without an update is a major delay, and we are behind schedule for the custom app that we need to implement in our organization.

6 weeks ago, we received an email from the Apple Developer Program requesting certain documents. After we uploaded the requested documents, we received a message stating, "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days."
However, we are still awaiting a response after 6 weeks.
What steps can we take to expedite communication with the Apple Developer Program?
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
Additionally, how long does it typically take for the Apple Developer Program to reply after requesting documents to be uploaded?

When I'm trying to enrol the account with apple developer membership I'm getting the pop up of "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue, please contact support", and while contacting support there is no response from support team. Kindly let me know what is wrong with it.

I've been dealing with a frustrating situation for the past three months regarding my application to the Apple Development program. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions, and I'm reaching out for some assistance.
TL;DR:
I've received the "Complete your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program" email, but when I try to proceed with the payment, the system puts me back in the enrollment stage again. Despite numerous calls to the support center, I'm stuck in a loop and unable to move forward. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Long Version:
Today, I received an email prompting me to complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. However, upon attempting to do so through the Apple Developer App, I discovered that my previous enrollment had been somehow withdrawn, leaving me back at square one. Frustrated and confused, I turned to the Apple Developer Web for answers, only to find myself facing the same message.
After taking a 5min break to gather my thoughts, I returned to the Apple Developer app, only to encounter another roadblock. Now, I'm being directed to enrol through the web page, despite being told previously that the process must be completed through the app. It's a super annoying and confusing situation, to say the least.
I am from Australia and trying to navigate my business overseas; I've faced many different challenges. However, this experience with Apple has been particularly the most ridiculous one. I've seen many different problems over the years but this has no logic.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any insights to offer, I'd greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.
I registered as a developer with Apple. Since I work alone, I have an individual developer account.
Unfortunately, I am unable to create an iOS distribution certificate from Visual Studio (for Windows). The option is grayed out even though my role in App Store Connect is "Admin".
Visual Studio also shows me that my user is an admin - yet I don't seem to have rights to create iOS distribution certificates. I can create iOS development certificates without any problems.

Order membership submitted twice but no reply for account activation please help me activate my account.
I keep receiving this message : Your payment authorisation failed on card •••8090. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.
The problem is that i went already through with my bank and they confirmed nothing is wrong with my bank account they even checked with the Visa team and they confirmed nothing wrong. The bank adviser informed me that no payment was even attempted.
I went through the phone with Apple customer support and she couldn't find anything wrong either we tried to pay from my iphone then from my Macbook but i keep getting this error
As i have 3 different bank accounts i have tried to pay with 3 different visa debit cards but i get the same error so i believe its not the bank but Apple.

The past two week I made two payments already of 99USD and I received email immediately that within 2 business workimg day. You will notify me when the iteams are ready, its more than two days with no reply from Apple regarding the account. Not sure what do to anymore, as I have already done this twice already.

Hey all,
I have been trying to enroll to the developer program for almost 3 months now.
I received an email from their support team that my account is pending approval since some details are missing in our website and they need to discuss this with me over the phone.
The email also mentions how to reach them over the phone, however, that is not possible since the only option on their site is to send them an email (which I did 6 times already, with no response).
How is it that a company like Apple says they will get back to you in 1-2 business days and just disappears after that?
My app is stuck because of this issue.
If anyone here has any idea what to do, any direct emails to or phone numbers or any other way of communication to try, please share with me and I will try it.

I'm working on implementing Apple Sign In in an Angular application. I've successfully obtained the 'id_token', but I've noticed that the user's name is missing . I'm uncertain whether Apple provides the user's name in the 'id_token'. If it does, I'd like to know the steps to retrieve it correctly.
I'm trying to complete my Apple Developer Program Order. I'm unable to enter the CVV field of my VISA Card. There are no field for this. You can see the screenshot. I can just enter the card number. So that cause my payment failed every time I try.

When I submit my information, I can only see an error saying "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And this is an infinite loop. How I can get myself enrolled in the program now?
Is my region (Pakistan) is blocked for enrollment or I'm doing something wrong?

our Apple Developer membership expired 5 days ago. I'm trying to renew it, but on the App Store i only see a note, that I should log into the account on Mac, iPad or iPhone and renew there.
Unfortunately there is no Renew button anywhere, neither on my Mac or my iPad that i logged in from. My Settings->Subscriptions are empty. I can find the expired Apple Developer Membership when I login to the "Developer App", but I can only see it on there, not take any action.
I can't find any place on appstoreconnect, where I could renew, not on the developer portal, not in the settings/user area of my 2 local devices...
Can someone please tell me where to renew our Dev membership?

I decided to publish my very first application to the AppStore. As you know, I created an Apple Developer account, and purchased it.
I came across a message saying "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. I didn't understand why I got such a message. I'm also asking for those in the know, is this a problem or does it go through such a standard procedure every time a purchase is made? I'm waiting for your answers, thank you.

Can I enroll in the developer program if I had deleted my previous apple account that I applied with
I had tried to enroll 7 years ago with an account that has been deleted meanwhile. I used my id and and went through all the procedures. The fact that after 1 week of trying to pay for the program didn't go through I just deleted the account.
Now I really need to have a developer account associated with my company. What can I do to get make it?
Shouldn't deleting my account result also in deleting my information about the government issued id?
